Whether it’s a game night, community meeting, interest club, lesson or practice, convention and conference, spiritual groups, or anything else, we are ready to host it!

We provide the space, tables, chairs, and audio and visual systems. Make it a night to remember as you entertain your friends in our white brick venue!

Our pricing ranges from $300 to $500 hourly depending on time of year.

Renter Responsibilities

For large community gatherings, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:

Alcohol

If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.

Event insurance

For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your event.

PET & SECURITY insurance

You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.

You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.

EXTRA VENUE HOURS

Add additional hours (for rehearsal, decorating, etc.) depending on time of year.

ACCESSORIES

Add linens, an arch, and/or cocktail tables. Prices vary depending on choice.
